The invention discloses a horizontal blast-resistant door provided with a door frame and a door leaf. The door frame is provided with a frame body fixed to an opening portion of a building. The door leaf is arranged in a cavity of the door frame. The door leaf is provided with a lock matched with the door frame. The horizontal blast-resistant door provided with the door frame is characterized by further comprising at least one elastic piece used for damping and at least one pressing device used for buffering, wherein the elastic pieces are obliquely arranged in a space defined by the door frame and the door leaf, one side of the space is open, corresponding hinged bases A are arranged on the inner side of the door leaf and the inner side of the door frame, and the two ends, in the length direction, of each elastic piece are hinged to the corresponding hinged bases A; the pressing devices are obliquely arranged in a space defined by the door frame and the door leaf, one side of the cavity is open, corresponding hinged bases B are arranged on the inner side of the door leaf and the inner side of the door frame, and the two ends, in the length direction, of the pressing device are hinged to the hinged bases B. The horizontal blast-resistant door which is horizontally installed and designed has good impact resistance, an escape lock is arranged in the door, under the condition of a danger, the door can be opened from the inside and the outside, and therefore indoor people are prevented from being trapped.
