The invention relates to an antifreezing device for an outdoor water pipe. The antifreezing device comprises an oval protection sleeve, and a first through hole for containing the water pipe is formed in the central position of the oval protection sleeve. A second through hole and a third through hole for containing electric wires are formed in the two sides of the first through hole, and a water leakage sensor for detecting water leakage of the water pipe is fixedly connected ot the inner wall of the first through hole. The inner wall of the second through hole and the inner wall of the third through hole are fixedly connected with a waterproof protection layer, and an alarm device electrically connected with the output end of the water leakage sensor is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the protection sleeve; and a solar cell for supplying power to the water leakage sensor and the alarm device is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the protection sleeve. According to the antifreezing device for the outdoor water pipe, the through holes for containing the electric wires of the water pipe and the water leakage alarm device are placed on the antifreezing device for the outdoor water pipe, and heat emitted by power transmission of the electric wires is used for heating a water supply pipe, so that the water pipe is prevented from being frozen in winter, and meanwhile safety is improved.
