A sound-proof and noise-reduced protective door relates to the field of sound insulation and noise reduction in the field of tobacco processing. The sound-proof and noise-reduced protective door serving as an equipment protective door is installed near a noise source on tobacco production equipment and adopted to absorb sound, reduce noises and control the pollution of the noise source; the sound-proof and noise-reduced protective door comprises a door pocket shell, a door handle, a rubber coating, a sound-absorption cloth cover, a foam sound-absorption metal plate, sound-insulation felts, tempered vacuum glass, a sealing strip, a door frame and hinges; the rubber coating for reducing noises is coated at the internal side of the door pocket shell; the sound-absorption cloth cover, the foam sound-absorption metal plate, the sound-insulation felt and the tempered vacuum glass are installed in sequence on the rubber coating, and then the sound-insulation felt, the foam sound-absorption metal plate and the sealing strip are installed in sequence. The sound-proof and noise-reduced protective door is applied to absorb sound and reduce noises of roll-packing equipment, is capable of effectively controlling pollution of the noise source and has the features of being simple in structure, less in investment and remarkable in noise reduction.
