A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Disclosed are fluoroaluminate cement and a preparation method of the fluoroaluminate cement, which relate to the field of a building material. The fluoroaluminate cement comprises the following components, by mass: (1) 60.0-75.0% of fluoroaluminate cement clinker, (2) 5.0-20.0% of fluorine iron mine, (3) 5.0-10.0% of emery, (4) 5.0-20.0% of polished tile waste residue, (5) 2.0-5.0% of a delayed coagulant, and (6) 2.5-5.0% of gypsum. The preparation method of the fluoroaluminate cement comprises: (1) material preparation, (2) pulverizing, and (3) powder grinding. The fluoroaluminate cement provided in the invention has characteristics of fast coagulation rate, early strength, high strength, stable performance, and uniform quality; various slag and waste are effectively utilized; a new way of source reuse is provided; and the fluoroaluminate cement is a relatively ideal cement material.
