The invention discloses a cement air entraining agent which includes following raw materials, by weight: 10-20 parts of rosin, 2-5 parts of salicylic acid, 0.1-0.3 parts of sulfuric acid and 1-3 parts of potassium permanganate, and is prepared through a reaction in water medium at 60-90 DEG C. Compared with a rosin-type air entraining agent in the prior art, the air entraining agent is significantly improved in air entraining amount and stability.
