Self-compacting concrete prepared through condensation polymerization type-copolymerization type composite water reducing agent
The present invention discloses a self-compacting concrete prepared through a condensation polymerization type-copolymerization type composite water reducing agent. The self-compacting concrete comprises 280 kg/m<3> of cement, 840 kg/m<3> of sand, 840 kg/m<3> of stone with a particle size of 5-20 mm, 280 kg/m<3> of grade-I fly ash, 175 kg/m<3> of water, and 4.8 kg/m<3> of a condensation polymerization type-copolymerization type composite water reducing agent, wherein the condensation polymerization type-copolymerization type composite water reducing agent is formed by compounding a naphthalene water reducing agent and a polycarboxylic acid slump-retaining agent according to a ratio of 3:2. The self-compacting concrete of the present invention has the following advantages that: 1, the improved polycarboxylic acid slump-retaining agent has good water reducing effect and good plastic retaining effect; 2, the composite water reducing agent doped concrete provides the better workability compared with the concrete simply doped with the naphthalene water reducing agent; 3, the project trial results show that the self-compacting concrete of the present invention has characteristics of excellent mechanical properties, high volume stability, and high durability; and 4, the component ratio is scientific and rational, and the performance and the effect are satisfactory.
