Organic ceramic slurry suitable for casting technology
The invention provides a ceramic slurry composition suitable for a casting technology. The composition comprise a solid ceramic material and a liquid component, the solid ceramic material is 45-55 parts by weight of oxide ceramic base material powder, and the liquid component comprises: a mixed solvent comprising 10-16 parts by weight of alcohol and 8-12 parts by weight of ketone; 1-2 parts by weight of a mixed dispersant, wherein the mixed dispersant is a castor oil, glycerol and glyceryl trioleate mixture with a mass ratio of (1-1.2):(0.9-1.1):1; 2.5-13 parts by weight of a binder; 3-10 parts by weight of a plasticizer, wherein the plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate; and 0.4-1 part by weight of an antifoaming agent. The invention also provides a ceramic slurry obtained through using the composition, and a preparation method thereof. The organic ceramic slurry obtained in the invention has good fluidity and good sintering property, and is suitable for the casting technology.
