Method for preparing ceramic core by combining thermosetting organic silicon resin with ceramic powder
The invention relates to a method for preparing a ceramic core by combining a thermosetting organic silicon resin with a ceramic powder, which comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring a methoxyphenyl silicon resin with a ceramic powder to prepare a required premix, injecting the premix into an injection machine, injecting the premix into a preheated mold under certain pressure while carrying out secondary dwelling and holding treatment on the mold, cooling, demolding, and sintering the obtained biscuit in a resistance furnace by a powder burying sintering technique. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation technique, high operability, short production cycle and low cost. The prepared ceramic core has excellent mechanical properties in the biscuit stage; and the sintered core has higher density and mechanical properties. The method is convenient for large-scale production.
