Regenerated rubber curbstone brick
The invention discloses a regenerated rubber curbstone brick and a manufacturing method thereof. The regenerated rubber curbstone brick is produced by adopting a waste rubber as a main material, and is formed by a mold through mixing a modifying agent, an additive and an adhesive; the two ends of the regenerated rubber curbstone brick are respectively a male tenon and a female tenon; the bottom end of the regenerated rubber curbstone brick is a plane; one side, close to a motor vehicle, of the regenerated rubber curbstone brick is provided with an inclined surface of 30-60 degrees; the shape of the regenerated rubber curbstone brick is vertical, inclined or flat; the regenerated rubber curbstone brick also can be set as a corresponding arc shape and other various shapes according to a curve radius of a road; and the inclined surface is bonded or coated with a layer of reflective tape marks. The regenerated rubber curbstone brick is simple in structure, and is provided with the male tenon and the female tenon at the two ends for conveniently and tightly connecting two adjacent curbstone bricks; the waste regenerated rubber is adopted as the material, so that the hardness of the curbstone brick is reduced, and the material and manufacturing costs are reduced; and the inclined surface of the curbstone brick is bonded or coated with one layer of reflective tape marks, so that the striking characteristic under the light irradiation of night driving vehicles is achieved.
