Method for transversely moving mobile formwork girder integrally
The invention discloses a method for transversely moving a mobile formwork girder integrally and relates to a construction method of an upper structure of a double-block separating bridge. The method is used for transversely moving a mobile formwork girder spanning over a pier a and a pier b which are adjacent to each other to a position spanning over a pier a' and a pier b' in the adjacent block. The method sequentially comprises the following steps: 1) erecting a transversely moving device; 2) longitudinally moving the mobile formwork girder forwards; 3) transversely moving the mobile formwork girder at one side; 4) longitudinally moving the mobile formwork girder backwards; 5) transversely moving the mobile formwork girder at the other side; 6) longitudinally moving the transversely moving the mobile formwork girder forwards. By adopting the method, dependence on large hoisting equipment and fields can be reduced and the integral transverse movement of the girder can be performed quickly in a narrow space under the bridge. At the same time, materials are saved, construction is simplified, safety and economy are realized, and the construction period is shortened.
