The invention aims to solve the problems of weak snow removing quality, pavement damage and labor waste in traditional snow removing equipment, and discloses an ice breaking and snow pushing roller shovel mounted on a small tractor. The shovel comprises a frame, wherein the frame consists of a rectangular frame back plate, and two arched frame rods extending from the two ends of the upper part of the frame back plate; the frame back plate is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the small tractor; snow pushing shovels are arranged at the front ends of the frame rods; and universal wheels are respectively arranged at the two sides of the bottom ends of the back of the snow pushing shovels. The shovel is characterized by further comprising a snow pushing shovel extension mechanism, a rolling ice breaking mechanism and a lifting mechanism of the rolling ice breaking mechanism. The rolling ice breaking mechanism and the lifting mechanism of the rolling ice breaking mechanism excellently fit; the mechanical shock of ice breaking rollers enables ice layers to generate the resonance so as to break, so that the pavement damage is little, and the snow removing efficiency is high; the snow pushing shovel extension mechanism has an obstacle avoiding function in a certain range; and the shovel has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable design and wide application prospect.
