The invention discloses a bridge collision-prevention device capable of achieving power generation and wave dissipation simultaneously and relates to the technical field of bridge protection. The bridge collision-prevention device comprises a flexible floating fence, generator units, pulley devices and flexible cables, wherein the flexible floating fence is arranged on a pier in a sleeving mode and floats on the water surface. The four generator units are fixed to the top face of the flexible floating fence. The bottom face of the flexible floating fence is connected with the four pulley devices. Each pulley device and one generator unit are arranged relatively. Each pulley device is connected with the corresponding generator unit through a transmission system. One end of each flexible cable is fixed to the pier. The middle of each flexible cable is wound around the corresponding pulley device, and the other end of each flexible cable is connected with a weight in a suspending mode. The bridge collision-prevention device integrates the function of ship collision prevention, wave dissipation and power generation, and is simple in structure and high in functionality.
