Manually excavated pedestal pile construction method based on freezing process
The invention provides a manually excavated pedestal pile construction method based on a freezing process. The construction method comprises the steps of (1) forming peripheral freezing holes in the plane of a pile foundation and mounting peripheral freezing pipes in the peripheral freezing holes, (2) starting to freeze the peripheral freezing pipe to form a peripheral water stop frozen wall, (3) performing manually excavated pedestal pile construction within the plane of the pile foundation under the water stopping effect of the peripheral water stop frozen wall, and (4) stopping freezing the peripheral freezing pipes and pulling out the peripheral freezing pipes. According to the construction method, manual excavation is performed after the frozen wall is formed by use of a freezing technique; the pile peripheral frozen wall is capable of temporarily supporting wall protecting linings such as bricks and concrete; compared with the traditional wall protecting linings, the pile peripheral frozen wall can be formed once, the steps of fabricating, transporting and mounting the traditional wall protecting linings and the like are avoided, and the pile hole forming speed is high; the formation of the pile peripheral frozen wall is capable of greatly reducing the probability of safety accidents such as soil layer collapse, sand drifting and mud rush-out during manual excavation, and therefore, the safety of the constructors can be improved.
