Splicing type construction method of urban lake-passing tunnel
The invention provides a splicing type construction method of an urban lake-passing tunnel. The method comprises the steps of building an island cofferdam; constructing water sealing walls around the tunnel; pumping water from the cofferdam; excavating soil and stone in the cofferdam until the design elevation of the tunnel bottom meets the requirement on forming a ditch; splicing pre-fabricated modules of the tunnel structure in the ditch; fixedly connecting the modules through connecting parts; paving a pavement; backfilling the ditch; removing the cofferdam; recovering the water of a lake. According to the method, the constructing of the island cofferdam, the constructing of the water sealing walls, the excavating of the ditch, and the production of the prefabricated components of the modules of the tunnel can be synchronously carried out in parallel, so that the construction period can be greatly reduced; the tunnel structure is a module type splicing structure, which is free of noise pollution and meets the concept of environmentally-friendly construction; the input of labor and properties is obviously reduced; in addition, the modular splicing construction can greatly reduce the input of materials for constructing a scaffold and a bracket, and as a result, the construction cost is reduced.
