Detection method for completeness of foundation pile
The invention provides a detection method for completeness of a foundation pile. The method comprises the steps 1, symmetrically mounting a plurality of acceleration sensors which are connected to a detection data acquiring analyzing instrument on the outer side surface of the foundation pile, close to the pile top; 2, providing a semispherical engineering plastic head heavy hammer being not less than 50kg in weight, lifting the heavy hammer and setting the lowering distance of the heavy hammer during detecting; 3, knocking within the grinding and treating range of the top surface of the foundation pile through the heavy hammer, transmitting the resulting stress wave to the detection data acquiring analyzing instrument through the acceleration sensor to acquire and analyze the data; 4, determining whether the acquired data are repeated; if not, knocking again; if so, entering step 5; 5, determining whether an obvious pile bottom signal appears; if so, calculating and analyzing and preparing detection report; if not so, increasing the lowering distance or increasing the weight of the heavy hammer, and returning to step 3. According to the method, the completeness of the pile body can be detected through the stress wave generated by medium energy excitation, so that no deviation occurs, and moreover, high-frequency interference can be reduced.
