The invention discloses a mass concrete cantilever structure construction method. The method comprises the steps of fixing an internal component on a base concrete platform and casting a concrete cantilever structure in the internal component, wherein the internal component comprises a plurality of S-shaped columns, a plurality of shaping templates, a plurality of forward drawing bars and a plurality of reverse drawing bars. An operation component is fixed on the base concrete platform and is used for performing operations on an external vertical face of the concrete cantilever structure. The operation component comprises a plurality of fixing rods, a plurality of packway plates and a plurality of outer rails. The shaping templates of the internal component and the operation component are dismounted after the steps are completed. The pouring o the concrete cantilever structure is completed through the internal component, the external vertical face of the poured concrete cantilever structure is constructed through the operation component, the internal component and the operation component are both fixed on the base concrete platform and relying on stress support of the base concrete platform completely.
