The invention relates to a horizontal self-locking assemble wallboard and a construction method of a horizontal self-locking assemble wallboard embedded into a construction wall body. The horizontal self-locking assemble wallboard is prepared by compounding a glass fiber grid cloth surface enhanced flow-state micropore lightweight concrete basal body and a rock wool heat preservation core plate, wherein the micropore lightweight concrete slurry and the rock wool heat preservation core plate are integrally subjected to gapless tight compounding and one-time pouring moulding; convex groove tenons and concave groove tenons are arranged at the left side, the right side, the upper part and the bottom part of the basal body; during wall formation, the wallboard is combined with each light steel keel having the same size as that of the cross section of each concave-convex tenon, and the light steel keels are placed in the concave-convex tenons of the assemble wallboard so as to form a lightweight wall body embedded with the light steel keels. By utilizing the structural characteristics, the technical problem that steel-structured construction is quickly assembled and constructed to form the wall body is solved, and the wallboard has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, seismic resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation. The steel structure systems can be used for constructing the wall body project having multifunctional requirements on relatively high seismic resistance, energy conservation, fireproofing and the like.
