According to the exterior wall cladding panel with the cornish stone varnish surface provided by the invention, the exterior wall cladding panel comprises the cladding panel body, wherein the cladding panel is sequentially provided with the thermal-insulation insulation board and the calcium silicate board from inside to outside, the cornish stone varnish decoration layer is coated on the surface of the calcium silicate board, and the thermal-insulation insulation board and the calcium silicate board are glued through the gluing layer, therefore the weight of the exterior wall cladding panel with the cornish stone varnish surface can be greatly reduced; furthermore, the exterior wall cladding panel has excellent heat preservation and heat insulation property, high strength resistance to pressure, and excellent hydrophobicity, moisture resistance, ageing resistance and ageing resistance.
