The pitched roof template system comprises a wall body, an eaves plate, a supporting system, an upper template of a pitched roof, a lower template, a main keel, a secondary keel and a split bolt; the wall body and the eaves plate are integrally poured, and the wall body and the upper part of the eaves plate are commonly formed to be a guide wall; the lower template comprises a pitched roof section and a wall section; the guide wall, the roofing section, the wall section and the upper template are encircled to be a pouring space with a long-narrow upper part and an externally extended bottom part. The construction method orderly comprises the following steps: pouring an eaves guide wall at first, and erecting a pitched roof scaffold supporting system; installing a bottom template and a facial template; at last, pouring the pitched roof concrete. The pitched roof template system and the construction method thereof optimize and improve a general dual-splint type enclosure pitched roof template system and a construction method; the improvement cost is low, the shaping quality is good, and construction is convenient; after completing the construction, the concrete entity quality is good.
