A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Non-planar 3D (three-dimensional) building printing method
Disclosed is a non-planar 3D (three-dimensional) building printing method. A construction site of a 3D printing building is assumed to be a mountain, wherein the mountain comprises obstacles 6 which are distributed randomly and a non-building foundation 8 and a 3D printing building wall body cannot be borne by the non-building foundation 8. Rest of the lawn surface is in an irregular natural shape and the requirements that the building wall body can be directly printed on the lawn surface and the long-term preservation can be achieved can be met due to the mechanical properties and the geological foundation of the lawn surface. The shape of an XY ground surface guide rail 7 is decided by the shape of the surface of the mountain of the building site, the shape and the distribution of the obstacles 6 and the shape and the distribution of the non-building foundation 8 and accordingly the XY ground surface guide rail 7 avoids the positions of the obstacles 6 and meanwhile avoids the position of the non-building foundation 8 under the condition that the XY ground surface guide rail 7 is basically attached to the surface of the mountain. Movement parts of the 3D printing building, which are formed by a printing head 1, a Z direction guide rail 2, a material barrel 3, a driving car 4 and a printing head guide rail 5, move along the XY ground surface guide rail 7 and accordingly a corresponding printed building 9 is printed. The external shape of the printed building 9 is decided by the shape of the XY ground surface guide rail 7 and is basically as same as the shape of the XY ground surface guide rail 7 and accordingly the printed building 9 also avoids the positions of the obstacles 6 and meanwhile the printing is temporarily stopped at the position of the non-building foundation 8.
