Accurate assembly method of noncircular pipe three-way grid single-layer latticed shell
The invention provides an accurate assembly method of a three-way grid single-layer latticed shell structure which is formed by noncircular cross section rod parts. An assembly unit of the three-way grid single-layer latticed shell structure comprises a radiate star-like node, a horizontal straight-line-shaped rod part and two inclined straight-line-shaped rod parts, wherein the radiate star-like node comprises six brackets; two of the six bracket are horizontal brackets; one of the horizontal brackets and the two inclined brackets which are located on the same side of the horizontal bracket are connected with the three rod parts respectively; two pieces of inequilateral ear plate angle steel are welded on the upper surface and the lower surface of every bracket respectively; two pieces of inequilateral ear plate angle steel are welded on the upper surface and the lower surface of each end of every straight-line-shaped rod part respectively; the long side of two sides of every piece of ear plate angle steel is formed along the direction of the axis of the corresponding bracket and straight-line-shaped rod part; the surface of the long side of every piece of ear plate angle steel is provided with two oval holes; the short side of the two sides is perpendicular to the long side; the surface of the short side of every piece of ear plate angle steel is provided with a circular hole. According to the accurate assembly method of the noncircular pipe three-way grid single-layer latticed shell, the problem of construction accuracy calibration on abutting joint of noncircular cross section steel pipe components can be solved through the simple device and method and the construction accuracy is improved.
