The invention discloses an energy-saving house. The energy-saving housing comprises a heat collecting system, a heat energy transmission system and a heat energy utilization system, wherein the heat collecting system comprises solar heat collecting unit modules; each solar heat collecting unit module comprises a base body (1) and a light inlet partition plate (2). The energy-saving housing is characterized in that a connecting structure for fixing the light inlet partition plate (2) with the base body (1) is arranged on the solar heat collecting unit modules or between the adjacent solar heat collecting unit modules, wherein the connecting structure comprises a rigid connector, and a connecting structure precipitated on the solar heat collecting unit modules. According to the energy-saving housing disclosed by the invention, the building is used as a large system for being considered integrally. Based on the prior art, a feasible execution solution is disclosed based on the prior art in solar utilization of the building, and the predictable economic value and social value are relatively high.
