The invention relates to an anti-falling device for three-dimensional parking equipment. The anti-falling device comprises a connecting block, a safety block, a tension spring and a plurality of blocking slots, wherein the connecting block is movably arranged in a slide frame, and connected with a lifting drive mechanism and the safety block respectively; the safety block is rotatably arranged in the slide frame, an arc-shaped hole is formed in one end of the safety block and is in swing fit with the connecting block through the arc-shaped hole; the tension spring is connected between the safety block and the slide frame, and a return opening corresponding to the safety block is formed in the slide frame; the blocking slots are formed in one side surface, towards the return opening, of a vertical tube along the slide frame motion track. When the lifting drive mechanism and the slide frame are positioned in a normal connecting state, the safety block is separated from the blocking slots, the tension spring is stretched, and the slide frame can normally operate under the driving of the lifting drive mechanism; when the lifting drive mechanism is disconnected with the slide frame, the safety block is not pulled by the lifting drive mechanism, and the safety block deflects towards the vertical tube under the action of the tension spring; in a descending process of the slide frame, the safety block is clamped into the blocking slots, so that the slide frame is prevented from descending to achieve a protective effect.
