The temperature sensor and the heating plate are installed inside the public toilet main body, the signal output end of the temperature sensor is connected with the signal receiving end of the center controller, a grille diffuser is arranged on the top of the public toilet main body, the air inlet of the grille diffuser is connected with the air purification air supplying device outside the public toilet main body, and the control end of the air purification air supplying device is connected with the control signal output end of the central controller. The heat receiving end of the heating plate is connected with the heat generating end of the thermal converter located outside the public toilet main body, the heat converting end of the thermal converter is connected with a hot water supplying pipeline, and the control end of the thermal converter is connected with the control signal output end of the central controller.
