The present invention relates to a cast-in anchor channel having a sub-anchor installed before pouring of concrete during the construction of a concrete structure such as a building so as to allow various external installations to be fixed to the concrete structure after curing. The cast-in anchor channel (10) having a sub-anchor according to the present invention includes a channel (20), an anchor part (30), and a sub-anchor (40), and is installed before pouring of the concrete during the construction of the structure so as to allow the various external installations to be fixed to the concrete structure and, in particular, to ensure stable resistance to a shear load. According to the method of the present invention for building a cast-in anchor channel having a sub-anchor, a spacer (200) is applied for vertical positioning and the sub anchor (40) is used for horizontal positioning in cases where the sub-anchor (40) is configured to be separable from the channel (20) or the anchor part (20). Accordingly, the invention is self-fixed to an arranged rebar so that construction is facilitated and on-site construction is accelerated by the convenient installation and construction method.
