The invention discloses a novel submerged dike crest structure and relates to the technical field of coastal engineering. The novel submerged dike crest structure combining flexible plant wave dissipation is composed of a dike crest member unit (1) provided with a flexible plant model and a rigid framework (2) fixed in an anchoring way. The novel submerged dike crest structure combining flexible plant wave dissipation is characterized in that a dike crest main body structure is formed by splicing a regular hexagonal member unit, and the rigid framework supports the dike crest main body structure and is fixed on the submerged dike crest through an anchor chain.
