Detachable downside track for horizontal pulled gate
The invention discloses a detachable downside track for a horizontal pulled gate, which comprises a downside roller track device and a bottom water-stop embedded part, wherein the downside roller track device comprises an H-shaped downside wheel-track bed, a facing slab and end-part pressing blocks, the H-shaped downside wheel-track bed is fixedly embedded in second-phase concrete, the front flange of the H-shaped downside wheel-track bed is provided with a U-shaped slot, the facing slab is fixed in the U-shaped slot, the end-part pressing blocks are arranged at the two ends of the U-shaped slot, and the bottom water-stop embedded part is arranged at the entrance section of a ship lock and is welded on the H-shaped downside wheel-track bed. According to the invention, the facing slab can be conveniently replaced when damaged, and the track is not required to be integrally replaced, thereby saving the project cost, shortening the maintenance period of chiseling away concrete and then replacing the track, and improving the work efficiency. The facing slab is installed and fixed by using a T-slotted quick-release bolt which can be easily removed from the outside of the facing slab, thereby avoiding that when a common bolt is adopted, the structure of concrete is weakened because slotting is required to be performed on the concrete and the inconvenience is caused by the fact that the bolt needs to be taken out of and installed in a slot.
