Super-soft dredger fill surface layer solidification crusting and foundation treatment method
The invention discloses a super-soft dredger fill surface layer solidification crusting and foundation treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) filling a super-soft dredger fill foundation to a target scale height; (2) directly pouring a flow-plastic sea mud-water-curing agent mixture onto the super-soft dredger fill foundation through a pumping pipeline of a large-sized workboat, solidifying for crusting to form a crust layer; (3) backwardly inserting a vertical plastic drain plate into the crust layer by adopting a spile machine, grooving in the surface of the crust layer, paving a horizontal drain pipe, and connecting the horizontal drain pipe with the vertical plastic drain plate end to end; (4) paving non-woven fabrics and a sealing film in sequence on the horizontal drain pipe from top to bottom, connecting the horizontal drain pipe with a vacuum pumping system, and performing vacuum pumping prepressing. By adopting the super-soft dredger fill surface layer solidification crusting and foundation treatment method, the vertical plate drain plate can be inserted in a complete mechanical way under the condition of no gravel material, bamboo sheathing or ribbed sheathing, the construction period is shortened greatly, and the construction is not restrained by the supply of the gravel material or the strength of filling soft soil.
