The invention relates to the technical field of building engineering, in particular to a slurry suction device, a cast-in-place pile system and a slurry suction process in the cast-in-place pile engineering construction process. The slurry suction device comprises a casing, a mud block milling and cutting device, a slurry suction pipe and a slurry pump, wherein the mud block milling and cutting device is arranged in the casing; the upper end of the slurry suction pipe is connected with the slurry pump; the lower end of the slurry suction pipe is connected with the mud block milling and cutting device; the side surface of the casing is provided with a slurry inlet, and the slurry inlet is positioned above the mud block milling and cutting device. Compared with the prior art, the slurry suction device has the advantages that mud blocks with larger size in the slurry can be cut into mud blocks with smaller sizes, so that the mud suction is smoother, the circulation of the slurry is more effective, and the continuity of cast-in-place pile construction is improved.
