Then invention discloses a desilting device provided with a hydraulic hinge wheel, which comprises a main board an upper surface of which is provided with filter cloth, a movable connecting board is transversely arranged on the filter cloth; the main board is provided with a rotating rod connected to the main board in a rotating way, a top part of the rotating rod extends on an outer side of the upper surface of the main board, and a bottom part of the rotating rod is arranged on a rotating rod sleeve and is sleeved by the rotating rod sleeve; a position, which is close to two ends, of a lower surface of the main board is vertically provided with two clamp boards which are connected onto the main board in a sliding way; the rotating rod sleeve provided with a plough-shaped board head is arranged between the clamp boards, and the plough-shaped board head is detachably connected onto the rotating rod sleeve. The desilting device provided with the hydraulic hinge wheel is high in desilting quality, simple in operation, high in work efficiency, low in cost, small in construction difficulty, excellent in desilting effect, and long in service life, is capable of better desilting, and ensures that mud silting can be better diffused.
