Reconsolidated-bamboo buckling-restrained brace with spiral stirrup and fasteners
The invention discloses a reconsolidated-bamboo buckling-restrained brace with a spiral stirrup and fasteners. The brace comprises a restraint yield section, a restraint non-yield section, a buckling restraining mechanism, an isolating non-adhesive layer, an unrestraint non-yield section, a wrapped reconsolidated-bamboo restraint, a reconsolidated-bamboo anticorrosive coating, the fasteners, two-layer carbon fiber cloth and angle steels, wherein the ends of the brace are fixed by the fasteners; the double-layer carbon fiber cloth is used for local reinforcement; the angle steels are used for the local reinforcement; the wrapped reconsolidated-bamboo restraint is wrapped by adopting double-layer reconsolidated bamboo which is spliced at the four corners of an inner layer and is overlapped in a staggered manner in an outer layer; the four corners of the double-layer reconsolidated-bamboo restraint are locally reinforced for two times, wherein the four corners of the reconsolidated-bamboo restraint which is spliced at the four corners of the inner layer is reinforced for a first time by adopting the two-layer carbon fiber cloth, and the reinforcement way of the angle steels is adopted at the four corners of the reconsolidated-bamboo restraint which is overlapped in the staggered manner for the second time in the outer layer; at the ends of the reconsolidated-bamboo restraint, the four side surfaces of the reconsolidated-bamboo restraint are fixed by using the fasteners. The connection ways of the ends of the reconsolidated-bamboo buckling-restrained brace with the spiral stirrup and the fasteners are set to be hinging ways or fixed connection ways, and the effective connection between the buckling-restrained brace and a composite frame structure is realized.
