The invention discloses a soundproof hanger plate device. The soundproof hanger plate device comprises an upper-layer keel and a lower-layer keel, wherein the upper-layer keel is thicker than the lower-layer keel; a protective plate is mounted on one side surface of the upper-layer keel; the upper surface of the protective plate is leveled with the upper surface of the upper-layer keel; a gypsum plate is mounted on the inner side surface of the protective plate and on the lower surface of the upper-layer keel, and is fixedly connected with the protective plate; the upper-layer keel and the lower-layer keel are connected through a hanger plate; the upper surface and the lower surface of the hanger plate are respectively clamped with the upper-layer keel and the lower-layer keel; a hanger rib is mounted on the hanger plate; and the top of the hanger rib is connected with the upper-layer keel through a latch, and the bottom penetrates through the lower-layer keel through a latch to be connected with a damping spring. The soundproof hanger plate device is firm in structure, tight in component connection and flexible in installation, can vertically and elastically extend to achieve a suspension purpose to a certain extent, and can effectively absorb sound and relieve corresponding vibration to prolong the service life of the hanger plate.
