The invention discloses a building structure reinforcing and connecting device and a connecting method thereof. The device comprises a first reinforcing connector and a second reinforcing connector, wherein the first reinforcing connector is provided with two surfaces which are perpendicular to and crossed with each other, a groove is formed in one surface, the two surfaces can be adhered with the inner side wall of a corner of a to-be-reinforced part of the building structure respectively, and are mounted on the inner side of the to-be-reinforced part of the building structure; the second reinforcing connector is provided with two protective rods which are perpendicular to and crossed with each other, and are connected on the same elbow part; the second reinforcing connector is fixed on the outer side wall of the corner of the to-be-reinforced part of the building structure. According to the building structure reinforcing and connecting device disclosed by the invention, the original building structure is reinforced in multiple directions, and is effectively connected with the original building framework, so that the structural strength and the stability are improved, the original building structure is prevented from being damaged due to invasion of an earthquake or typhoon, or the generated distortion or deformation is corrected, and the application prospect in preventing an ancient residence house building from losing stability and being damaged is wide.
