The invention discloses a good lock without a lock cylinder. The good lock is characterized in that pin tumblers or direction-changing pin tumblers which are in contact with a key and are in curved shapes or not in the curved shapes are arranged on a lock head, and the part, which is in contact with the key, of each pin tumbler or each direction-changing pin tumbler is arranged in a key hole or a round groove of the lock head or a rotor; under an unlocking state, the rotor or a shifting wheel is driven to rotate by the key, and a shifting platform or the groove of the rotor or the shifting wheel is used for controlling a lock tongue, a lock beam or a lock sleeve to complete unlocking or locking; a lock which is provided with two or more than two keys in different unlocking permissions is provided with a key-changing clamp, at least one pin tumbler is enabled to be in an unlocking state by the key-changing clamp through the locking that a key B is not used for unlocking or the unlocking of a key A, the key-changing clamp is not in contact with the pin tumbler any more after the key B is used for unlocking, the key B is in contact with the key-changing clamp to unlock, the key A cannot be in contact with the pin tumblers as the key A is shorter or narrower than the key B, and the unlocking function of the key A is ended.
