The invention discloses an electronic lock core and an electronic lock. The electronic lock core comprises a lock body, a front lock core and a back lock core, wherein the front lock core and the back lock core are mutually clamped, and can rotate in the lock body, a clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of the lock body, an electrode contact head and a PCB (printed circuit board) block are arranged in the front lock core, the electrode contact head is embedded into the front end of the front lock core, the front end of the front lock core is provided with an engaging part which is matched with an electronic key, the electrode contact head is connected with the PCB block, one end of the back lock core is clamped with the front lock core, the other end of the back lock core is provided with an extending body, a ball head lock rod with a lock rod spring is bolted in the through hole, and a lock core assembly is arranged in an inner cavity of the back lock core; when the electronic lock is energized, the lock core assembly is linked to enable a piston to disengage from the connecting part of a step through hole and a blind hole, and the rod part of a ball body lock rod can enter the blind hole. The electronic lock core has the advantage that the safety and firmness are realized.
