Automatic production equipment for powder cement grinding aid and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to automatic production equipment for a powder cement grinding aid and a preparation method thereof, and the equipment and the method are special for production of cement powder grinding aids and related powder. According to a technical scheme adopted by the invention, the equipment includes multiple groups of storage tanks and a mixer, and also includes multiple groups of metering tanks, a finished product tank and a packaging unit. The metering tanks are connected to the discharge ports of the storage tanks through pipelines, the discharge ports of the multiple groups of metering tanks are converged at a main pipeline and are communicated with the mixer feed inlet, the main pipeline of the mixer feed inlet is also connected to a liquid raw material tank, the discharge port of the mixer is connected to the finished product tank through a pipeline, the discharge port of the finished product tank is connected to the packaging unit, a belt conveyor is arranged at the back of packaging unit, and the packaging unit is equipped with a dedusting fan. The equipment and method provided by the invention utilize the hydromechanics principle of powder to subject various powder to automatic suction through the negative pressure effect of wind, perform metering to convey various powder to the mixer through the pipeline to mix the powder evenly, and then send the powder to the packaging unit to conduct packaging into a finished product. The equipment and method overcome the problems of pollution, inaccurate collocation mass and large labor amount of transmission manufacturing in traditional powder cement grinding aid manufacturing.
