The invention discloses a technology for making molybdenum tailing baking-free bricks by the utilization of a brick reinforcing agent. According to the technology, molybdenum tailings, a proper amount of an auxiliary material and a proper amount of a cementing material are uniformly stirred; a certain dosage of the brick reinforcing agent and water are added; and pressure forming is carried out through a specific technology. The formula comprises, by weight, 60-90% of molybdenum tailings, 0-30% of the auxiliary agent, 10-20% of the cementing material, 0.02-0.2% of the brick reinforcing agent and a proper amount of water, wherein the mass of water is determined by moisture content during a lab test when the maximum compressive strength value is obtained according to the formula.
