The invention discloses a method for preparing a yttrium barium copper oxide high temperature superconductive thin film by ultraviolet-assisted heat treatment. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a yttrium barium copper oxide precursor gel thin film by using yttrium barium copper oxide solution with the sensitometric characteristic for deep ultraviolet as precursor solution; then sequentially carrying out drying, ultraviolet assisted irradiation processing and final processing to obtain the yttrium barium copper oxide high temperature superconductive thin film. According to the method, in the thermal decomposition process of the thin film, ultraviolet assisted irradiation is adopted and under the combined action of light and heat, cations in the thin film are uniformly distributed, the thin film is more dense and performance is promoted to be improved; on the other hand, ultraviolet rays with the specification of 185nm in all ultraviolet rays generate active oxygen in the thin film thermal decomposition process, so that segregation of the Cu element is inhibited, CuO particles are uniformly distributed, and the method has the positive significance for performance improvement of a prepared multi-layer thick film.
