The invention discloses a point rail which comprises a point part and a body part. A planing face is arranged on one side face of the point part, and provided with a plurality of buffer components, the buffer components are distributed in the length direction of the point part and extend from the head of the point part to the root of the point part, the height of the buffer components is increased gradually, each buffer component comprises a rod-shaped component body and a barrel-shaped component body, the lower half parts of the rod-shaped component bodies are arranged in the barrel-shaped component bodies, the upper half parts of the rod-shaped component bodies stretch out of the upper portions of the barrel-shaped component bodies, the lower end of each rod-shaped component body is connected to one end of a spring, the other ends of the springs are connected to the bottoms of the barrel-shaped component bodies, first rubber mats are fixed to the upper ends of the rod-shaped component bodies, and the barrel-shaped component bodies are fixed to the planing face. The buffer components are arranged on the point part, impacts and friction are offset through the buffer components, and abrasion to the point part is reduced.
