The invention discloses a construction method of a concrete arch bridge with stiff skeletons. The method includes the steps that a, the stiff skeletons of the arch bridge are erected; b, at least one set of inclined tension buckle cables are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of each stiff skeleton, a tensioning jack is arranged at one end of each inclined tension buckle cable, and the other ends of the inclined tension buckle cables apply cable force on the stiff skeletons toward the position above the axis of the arch bridge in an inclined mode; c, concrete is symmetrically and continuously poured from two arch feet to the arch top, and the cable force of the inclined tension buckle cables is adjusted in the process of pouring the concrete; d, before final setting of the concrete, the inclined tension buckle cables are loosened. According to the method, the stiff skeletons are tensioned in an inclined mode through the inclined tension buckle cables to adjust instantaneous stress and deformation, generated in the process of symmetrically and continuously pouring the concrete, of the stiff skeletons, so that the instantaneous stress and deformation of the stiff skeletons are controlled within a regulated target, the concrete construction quality is improved, and concrete pouring speed is increased.
