Protective cylinder device for long spiral drilling machine
A protective cylinder device for a long spiral drilling machine comprises pulleys, slide ways, enclasping defenders, fixing plates, a support plate, lug plates and a protective cylinder connection centering device. The device is characterized in that a pulley block is formed by the pulleys arranged on a long spiral drilling machine tower pole and the pulleys arranged on the protective cylinder connection centering device, and the protective cylinder connection centering device is controlled to move vertically; the support plate is fixed onto the tower pole through the enclasping defenders, the fixing plates and connecting ribs; the protective cylinder connection centering device is connected with the lug plates through the support plate, and a protective cylinder is fixed in the pile casing connection centering device through protective cylinder fixing pins. By means of the device, wall protection can be conducted on soil body of vacant hole part in the drilling process of the long spiral drilling machine, thereby concrete perfusion amount is reduced, or hole collapse is avoided, or residual soil bodies are prevented from entering pile body concrete, it is avoided that the pile-forming quality is reduced, and meanwhile the long spiral drilling centering degree, the perpendicularity and the construction safety degree can be improved.
