The invention discloses a transmission oil temperature control system for a full hydraulic bulldozer, the bulldozer and a control method to overcome the defect that an existing device can not control an oil temperature lower limit, and belongs to the fields of transmission oil temperature control systems and control methods thereof. The transmission oil temperature control system for the full hydraulic bulldozer comprises a controller, an oil cooler and an oil tank, wherein the oil cooler and the oil tank are communicated through a pipeline. The transmission oil temperature control system for the full hydraulic bulldozer further comprises a regulation unit arranged between the oil cooler and the oil tank, and a temperature sensor used for detecting the oil temperature; the controller can control transmission oil to flow through the oil cooler or not through the regulation unit according to the transmission oil temperature measured by the temperature sensor and control the amount of the transmission oil flowing through the oil cooler. The transmission oil temperature control system for the full hydraulic bulldozer, the full hydraulic bulldozer and the transmission oil temperature control method can control the oil temperature to be lower than the upper limit value and to be higher than the lower limit value, and guarantee that the oil temperature is in a reasonable working temperature interval.
