A device for extracting drinking water from air comprises a condensation chamber, an evaporation chamber, an absorption chamber, a fan, a rotary disc, a heater, a heat source, a cold source, a condensate water receiving box, a motor and a connecting pipe, wherein the evaporation chamber is separated from the absorption chamber through a separating plate and connected with the condensation chamber through the connecting pipe; the rotary disc is installed in the evaporation chamber and the absorption chamber; a rotary disc shaft is located on the separating plate and connected with a motor shaft; the rotary disc contains drying agents; the fan is arranged in the absorption chamber; the heat source is arranged below the rotary disc in the evaporation chamber; the cold source is arranged in the condensation chamber; the condensate water receiving box is installed below the condensation chamber; a dry air outlet is formed in the wall surface above the rotary disc in the absorption chamber; an air inlet is formed in the wall surface below the rotary disc in the absorption chamber; a condensate air outlet is formed in the wall surface of the condensation chamber. The device can extract water from the atmosphere in an all-weather mode, can be manufactured in a simple factionary, is small in size and portable and does not need to be input with much energy.
