The invention discloses an ecological wetland rainwater comprehensive regulation and storage system. The system comprises a regulation and storage pond body arranged under a planting soil layer which is wrapped in a geotechnical cloth layer, wherein a honeycomb drain board layer is arranged between the planting soil layer and the geotechnical cloth layer. By arranging the honeycomb drain board, rainwater can seep into the regulation and storage pond body when a large amount of rainwater exists. By arranging a rubble layer, seeping rainwater can be filtered so as to be recycled. Furthermore, when rainfall is too large, water in an artificial lake nearby can be stored, and water in the artificial lake can be supplemented in the arid season.
