The invention discloses a back washing and sewage discharge device which comprises a pool body, a PP rainwater module, a sewage discharge well, a pump set device, a sewage discharge pipeline and a back washing pipeline. The PP rainwater module, the sewage discharge well, the pump set device, the sewage discharge pipeline and the back washing pipeline are installed inside the pool body. The pool body is arranged in a soil layer. The sewage discharge well is arranged inside the pool body. The pump set device is installed at the bottom of the sewage discharge well. The pump set device is connected with the sewage discharge pipeline. The sewage discharge pipeline is communicated with the back washing pipeline. The back washing and sewage discharge device is simple in structure, can conduct back washing and sewage discharge inside the pool body, back washing and sewage discharge share the same pump set and pipeline, the design is optimized, materials are saved, the interior of the PP rainwater module can be cleaned through back washing and sewage discharge, and later maintenance is easy.
