The invention discloses a feather sound absorption composite board and a manufacturing method thereof. The feather sound absorption composite board comprises multilayer net bodies formed by feather fibers, jute fibers and polypropylene fibers. The multilayer net bodies are combined into a whole through the hot press molding technology, and the composite board is formed. The method for producing the feather sound absorption composite board comprises the steps of first fully mixing the feather fibers, the jute fibers and the polypropylene fibers; forming nets through carding and drying the nets; finally manufacturing the multilayer net bodies into the composite board through the hot press molding technology. The feather sound absorption composite board has good sound absorption performance and is favorable for recycle of the waste feather fibers. In addition, the source of fiber materials is wide.
