The invention discloses an air conditioner floor system with semi-exposed mold boxes. The air conditioner floor system comprises the multiple mold boxes and air conditioner pipelines, wherein one or more through holes are formed in one or more side faces of each mold box, and the air conditioning pipelines penetrate through the through holes to convey cold air or warm air into rooms. By the adoption of the air conditioner floor system with the semi-exposed mold boxes, the use amount of concrete and rebars is reduced fundamentally, and the floor system further has the advantages of being small in structural weight, high in integrality, intelligent, attractive and novel, enhancing the anti-seismic property and reducing the storey height. More prominently, secondary air conditioner installation is not needed, a whole building can achieve full building supply just by providing one or more air conditioner host engine systems, and compared with a current rear-arranged air conditioner system of the building, time and cost investments are reduced. The invention further provides a building comprising the air conditioner floor system.
