The invention discloses a thermal insulation wallboard of wooden structure building. The thermal insulation wallboard is composed of a panel and a core board, wherein the core board is composed of a moisture-proof heat insulation board placed in a wooden frame; the moisture-proof heat insulation board is composed of mats made of rice straws or wheat straws and a waterproof roll covering the two sides of the mats; wooden bars for shaping are arranged outside the waterproof roll. The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying rice straws or wheat straws until the moisture content is less than 15%, and then preparing into mats by a bundling machine; laying a waterproof roll on the upper and lower surfaces of the mats respectively to prepare a moisture-proof heat insulation board; symmetrically placing wooden bars for shaping on the upper and lower surfaces of the moisture-proof heat insulation board; preparing a wooden frame with square timber, wherein the internal dimension of the wooden frame is the same as that of the moisture-proof heat insulation board; placing the moisture-proof heat insulation board into the wooden frame, and laying panels up and down. The thermal insulation wallboard is low in cost, good in thermal insulation and moisture-proof effects, is environment-friendly and pollution-free, and is an effective way for making full use of rice straw or wheat straw wastes and solving the environmental pollution problem caused by burning.
