The assembly type composite board comprises a surface layer, a bonding layer, a structural layer, a core layer and edgings with certain strength and elasticity, wherein the surface layer serves as a decoration layer, the structural layer is made of a hard board such as a cement board, and the core layer is a heat insulation layer; the edgings include the convex edging and the concave edging matched with the convex edging, the convex edging comprises a structural layer flange, a convex part, an edging fixing edge and a convex part cavity, and the concave edging comprises a structural layer flange, a concave part and an edging fixing side; the surface layer, the structural layer and the core layer are combined with the bonding layer through the edgings. The composite board has the advantages of being capable of achieving heat insulation and sound insulation, small in thickness, high in strength, resistant to shock, and capable of being used for building and decoration.
