The invention relates to an extending and contracting sliding support frame for roof decorative bottom boards. The support frame comprises a support frame body, a vertical support part, a smooth and steady sliding part and a safe enclosure part, the support frame body is a stereoscopic truss composed of four single-ply truss bodies, and each of the left side and the right side of the support frame body is a single-face truss which is composed of truss upper chords, truss lower chords, truss tilted belly poles and truss vertical belly poles; the upper chords and the lower chords of the two trusses are connected through truss stay bars, end plates are arranged on the upper chords and the lower chords, at the connection positions with the support frame, of the two side trusses, and supporting plates are arranged for reinforcement. The two ends of the support frame body are of the extending and contracting types, and connecting plates are arranged on the truss tilted belly poles at the extending and contracting ends for being connected with the truss upper chords and the truss lower chords. By means of the extending and contracting sliding support frame, the problems that existing construction progress is low in speed, and potential safety hazards exist are effectively solved; the support frame is applicable to installation of the roof decorative bottom boards of different spans and different heights, a great amount of work load for installing and disassembling the support frame at the field is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is lowered accordingly; meanwhile, the construction safety is greatly improved, and the implementation effect is quite remarkable.
